The grapes are manually harvested very early in the morning, they are buffed and cold macerated, at 10\u00b0C, for 24 hours. Later the must is separated from the husks with a soft press, and it is left to clarify spontaneously for a few hours, to be then sent to fermentation at temperatures rising from 14 to 18\u00b0C. The wine thus obtained ripens on its own fermentation yeasts until spring, and then it is bottled after a light filtration. Bright, straw yellow color with green reflexes. To the nose a wide aroma with intense floral notes, of Mediterranean herbs and minerals. A fresh, dry, soft, well-structured wine and with a long-lasting persistence with an excellent nose-palate correspondence. 0.75L.\u00a0<\/p>\n
