The Azienda Agricola Ghirinbergo is already in its third generation, led by the Bastianini Family. The Azienda is a small farm located in Suvereto: started in the seventies to breed livestock for meat and fodders, it has been later converted also to the cultivation of cereals and arable crops. There is a production of biological products like farro (spelt) that goes directly from harvest to manufacturing using new machineries for the decortication. Inside the farm are also the manufacturing of beans, sunflowers, flour, farro pasta and confectionery, packaged with the raw materials produced on the farm.
