Farro and Gentil Rosso pasta specialties

Short food supply-chain product, artisanal pasta, bronze drawn, with a low gluten content. The cereal comes exclusively from the land of the Bizzarri family, located in a pristine setting inside the Mediterranean scrub. The growing technique does not include the use of herbicides, chemical fertilizers or pesticides, but annual rotations to safeguard the health of the underground. The cereal is stone ground thus preserving intact its vitamin and mineral salts content, packaged by hand and manufactured in a Tuscan pasta factory. Slowly dried at low temperatures.

Available in various sizes, it contains the wheat germ because it is produced in small lots starting with fresh flour. The Gentil Rosso is an ancient soft wheat flour, of which Chiara Bizzarri is a custodian grower according to law 194/2015 of the Regione Toscana. Artisanal pasta like ours guarantees that the content of vitamins B1, B2, LISINE, MIETONINE remains intact, and this is a key difference with the industrially produced pasta.
