PASSITO 469 IGT

The grapes are withered on the plant cutting the shoots for a period of about 20 days. Afterwards comes the winemaking with a delicate buffing, maceration at 24°C temperature for 6/7 days. The fermentation continues in steel until it reaches the desired alcohol content. It ripens on the fine wine lees for about 6 months. Ruby color, of medium intensity tending to amber with aging. Fruity, intense flavor, typical with pink, black cherry and hints of underbrush. It feels velvety, creamy on the palate, with sweet, well integrated notes to wonderful nose-palate notes. 0.50L.
