From the Sangiovese, the most widespread black grape variety in Tuscany, comes our Sangiovese DOC Maremma, that ripens for six months in stainless-steel vats, with further six months of aging in the bottle. The wine has a ruby red, intense color. Warm, fruity, tannic with floral hints on the palate, giving the wine a good crispiness. Ideal temperature for tasting 16/18°C. Suggested pairings: pasta dishes with meat sauces, roasted and grilled meats, game, soft and medium aged cheeses.
