The harvest is done manually in different times for the two grapes, but it ends by the end of September. 

The maceration continues for 12-15 days in small stainless-steel vats fitted with temperature control. The wine is aged for one year in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and fruity characteristics typical of the original grapes. Intense ruby red color with interesting crimson reflexes. Fruity flavor, reminding of small red fruits and plums fused together with strong spicy notes. Well structured wine, persistent, characterized by silky tannins that give out pleasant soft notes.
