The farm extends on 300 hectares of land, 15 of which are dedicated to a high-quality wine production. An area of 9 hectares is reserved to the grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet-Franc, Sangiovese and Petit-Verdot. The soils on which the vineyards are located are silty and sandy, with a clayey consistency, rich in skeleton and with excellent drainage. Pruned-spur training with 4 fruiting buds per plant. This wine has an intense color with violet notes; on the nose there are fruity notes reminiscent of small berries. The taste is fresh, with good structure, soft and very persistent. Destemming and pressing in thermo-conditioned steel fermenters. After the malolactic fermentation and the aging in steel vats, 3 months of aging in bottle follow.
