Pasta produced with durum wheat ‘Senatore Cappelli’ grown in our organic farm, stone-ground and dried at low temperature with flax flour. Store in a cool, dry place. The grinding is made with the stone not to alter the nutritional characteristics of the highest quality of the semolina, that is rich in fiber, vitamins, micronutrients and flavonoids. The slow and low temperature drying process ensures the preservation of all the qualities of the original product. The flax flour added to this pasta gives it a pleasant and unique taste, along with a rich contribution of Omega 3.
