Pasta produced with durum wheat ‘Senatore Cappelli’ grown in our organic farm, stone-ground and dried at low temperature with flax flour. Store in a cool, dry place. The grinding is carried with a stone not to alter the nutritional characteristics of the very high quality present in the semolina, rich in fiber, vitamins, micronutrients and flavonoids. The slow and low temperature drying process ensures the preservation of all the qualities of the original product. This process gives the pasta a unique taste.
