“Gassa d’Amante”, aka bowline knot in navy terms, is a beer from which is difficult to untie yourself from. Inspired to Golden Ale, concentrates on the smoothness: companion of long navigations, of a thousand nautical miles. Gilded, by fruity scents and bitter suggestions, it is ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to all dishes especially those of fish or white meats, fresh cheeses and not too aged cold cuts.
