Grandma’s savory biscuit is a Tuscan traditional delight. It is handmade according to the ancient traditional recipe from Roccalbegna, with the use of stone-ground ancient wheat flours and sourdough starter. The wheat is grown in the Tuscan Maremma with the rotation technique and the use of green manure, respecting the biodiversity and the environment, without any use of fertilizers and herbicides. The origins of this 8-shaped biscuit date back to the Middle Ages and the recipe has been handed down from generation to generation to the present day. Store in a cool, dry place.
