A key element of the same label, the branch alludes both to the vine and to hops, meaning the meeting between two worlds, but also intends to evoke the image of continuous development. An intertwining of barley malt must and wine grape must, two types of different yeasts, one brewing and the other enological, lead it to reach an alcohol content very close to that of sparkling wines. It is subjected to the “Classic Method” process; then, following the horizontal rest, disgorgement and subsequent filling is carried out. The olfactory arc is composed of fresh floral sensations, fruity woody and shell tones. On the palate it is smooth, with an alcohol content perfectly balanced by the combination of acidity and effervescence. The finish is clean, dry and fairly persistent. Excellent as an aperitif, suitable to be combined, in general, with traditional Mediterranean dishes. It can find excellent support in meat and fish tartare, medium-aged cheeses, including blue cheeses. We recommend serving in a wine glass at a temperature between 6 ° C and 8 ° C.
