Pasta produced with durum wheat ‘Senatore Cappelli’ grown in our organic farm, stone-ground and dried at low temperature with flax flour. Store in a cool, dry place. The wheat is stone ground to prevent the alteration of the high nutritional features of this semolina, rich in fiber, vitamins, micronutrients and flavonoids. The slow and low temperature drying process ensures that all the qualities of the original product can be preserved and gives the pasta a unique taste, reminiscent of the flavors of the good old times.
