Produced since 2012 with 100% Sangiovese, vinified in white, with a completely new packaging since 2018, also more refined and elegant and with a new name. Rosamundi (or Rosa Gallica), is a rose native to southern and central Europe. It was one of the first species of rose cultivated by the Greeks and Romans, commonly used in medieval gardens. In the 19th century it was considered one of the most important varieties of rose. Aromas of flowers, notes of fruit, to be paired with aperitifs and light appetizers. Marry it with fish, so you will not forget it, combine it with light first courses, to fully enjoy it.
