Edible land snails sauce stabilized through thermic treatment, produced in a factory legally registered according to regulation 853/04/ce: IT9 520 CE. The product can be stored at room temperature, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Once opened, the product must be stored in the fridge between 0 and +4 degrees and eaten within a few days.
