The Azienda Agricola Gabbricci Anna-Maria is an organic farm with about 20 hectares of land, 12 of which are dedicated to farming ancient grains, and another 5 are occupied by a specialized olive grove with native cultivars, as well as an oil mill that produces an EVOO of the highest quality.
